Trystin combines her deep intuition with a variety of therapeutic modalities including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports, Mysofascial Release, and various stretching techniques that allow the body’s tissues to unwind on their own. She has also received training in Craniosacral, Lomi Lomi, The TARA Approach to Jin Shin, and various other modalities which are often included in sessions.

Deeply committed to your health and well being on every level, Trystin utilizes only pure essential oils, organic oils and lotions, and chemical free detergents. Her studio space is light, clean, and relaxing.
